Who we are

This website (rvamsi.com) is the professional site of Vamsi Reddy. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean Vamsi Reddy, and "you" means anyone visiting the site.

What we collect

Briefing requests: when you submit the Request a Briefing form, we receive the name, email address, organization and message you enter. The form is delivered to us by email and is used only to read and reply to your request.

Technical data: like any website, the servers that deliver these pages (operated by Cloudflare) process your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, in order to serve the site and protect it from abuse.

We do not use analytics trackers, advertising cookies or social-media pixels, and we do not build profiles of visitors.

Cookies and local storage

The site does not set tracking cookies. It stores one small value in your browser's session storage so the opening animation plays only once per visit; it is deleted when you close the tab.

How we share information

We do not sell or rent personal information. Briefing requests pass through our hosting provider (Cloudflare) and email provider (Google) solely to deliver them to us. We may disclose information if required by law.

Retention

Briefing requests are kept in our email for as long as needed to respond and maintain the professional relationship, then deleted. You can ask us to delete your request at any time.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete the personal information you have sent us, or to object to how it is used. To make a request, contact us through the briefing form and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Links to other sites

The site links to services such as LinkedIn, ORCID and YouTube. Their own privacy policies apply when you visit them.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed.
